Must Haves:

• 2+ years Business Analyst
• Statistical Analysis experience – Python, R, SPSS, SAS, etc.
• MySQL – Writing Queries + Building dashboard
• Power BI exp (OR Tableau) for Data Visualization
• Bachelor’s degree – Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, etc.
• STRONG communication abilities + personality fit for C-Suite level conversation

Day to Day:

• Reviewing clinical data from systems like EHRs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Use SQL to run queries and validate key metrics related to patient care and operational performance.
• Update and enhance dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to reflect current KPIs and trends.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to understand workflow challenges and translate them into data requirements.
• Prepare and present insights to C-suite executives, offering strategic recommendations based on data analysis.
• Work on projects such as clinical decision support tools, predictive modeling, and resource optimization.
• Coordinate with IT and data engineering teams to refine data pipelines and ensure smooth data integration.
• Document business requirements, create user guides, and prepare reports for compliance and audits.
• Review progress, planning next steps, and maintaining clear communication across teams.
