Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: 100% Onsite - Westlake Village, CA
Hourly Rate: $30.00 (Contract Role) 3-6 Months


Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting team and ensure a seamless candidate experience from application through onboarding. This is a 100% onsite position based in Westlake Village, CA.

In this role, you'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to manage interview scheduling, pre-boarding tasks, and administrative support throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assist the Talent Acquisition team with job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and collecting feedback.

Candidate Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers regarding interview logistics and communication.

ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in applicant tracking systems (e.g., iCIMS, Ultipro).

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities align with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Onboarding: Coordinate offer letters, background checks, and new hire documentation, and support new hire orientation logistics.

Reporting: Help track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of talent acquisition strategies.

Outreach Support: Build relationships with external partners such as colleges and universities to help develop talent pipelines.

General Support: Perform other duties as required, while exemplifying company values and culture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with ATS systems such as iCIMS and Ultipro

Familiarity with recruiting coordination best practices

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
