We’re growing extremely fast and looking for a Senior Mobile Dev Engineer to take ownership of our core mobile experience. 🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and Expo.
  • Collaborate with founders to translate requirements and design drafts into seamless, high-quality mobile interfaces and functionalities.
  • Work with founders to define and implement front-end/back-end interaction interfaces for smooth data connectivity.
  • Write clean, robust, maintainable, and testable TypeScript/JavaScript code.
  • Optimize application performance, enhance user experience, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stability and fluency.
  • Utilize EAS (Expo Application Services) for building, packaging, and releasing applications.
  • Participate in Code Reviews, share knowledge, and contribute to improving team code quality and development efficiency.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in React Native, Expo, and mobile development, introducing new technologies to enhance products and processes.

🎓 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 3-5 years of in-depth React Native experience for cross-platform mobile apps.
  • Proficient in React Native core principles, APIs, and JavaScript (ES6+)/TypeScript.
  • Extensive experience with Expo, including Expo SDK, Expo CLI, and EAS for building and publishing.
  • Familiarity with iOS and Android platform features, lifecycles, and design specifications.
  • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Jotai, Zustand, Redux).
  • Proficient in Git for version control and collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently manage development tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and team spirit.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies like React.js and Next.js.

  • Experience with native development (Swift/Objective-C or Kotlin/Java).
  • Practical experience with automated testing (Jest, React Native Testing Library).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes.
  • Successful app launches on App Store and Google Play.
  • Strong UI/UX sensibility with pixel-perfect design implementation.
  • Active contributions to open-source projects on GitHub.
  • Experience independently developing and launching apps.
  • Backend experience with REST APIs, Express.js, Redis, or microservices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
  • Experience with Firebase, Supabase, or other BaaS tools.
