Job Description

Local growing client is looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their growing Accounting and Finance team. This FPA position will be involved in many aspects of accounting and finance. The job will be instrumental in assisting the CFO and Controller with timely budgeting, KPI's, financial analysis and financial modeling. This position is hybrid in nature with 3-4 days on site and 1-2 days remote.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• 3++ years of financial analytical experience
• Ability to create and advance financial models
• Experience with FPA, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Assist management with strategic financial planning
• 13-week cash flow analysis
• Create and maintain KPI tracking reporting
• Data analytics and mining.
• Candidate must be a strategic thinker and be nimble to CEO/CFO needs.
• Ability to communicate analysis and reports to senior management
• 4-year degree in accounting and finance.
• MBA would be a major +
