Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to join our on-site team in Los Angeles. This role involves partnering with a leading accounting firm to design, oversee, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate has a proven record of architecting enterprise-level Salesforce environments, leading technical teams, and ensuring best practices across complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall Salesforce architecture strategy , aligning with business and compliance requirements.
• Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant products.
• Provide technical leadership to developers and administrators, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Architect and oversee REST/SOAP API and middleware integrations with accounting and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, secure solutions.
• Ensure data governance, compliance, and performance optimization within Salesforce.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend new capabilities to improve business operations.
• Lead solution design reviews, technical documentation, and governance sessions to ensure project success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce experience
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and declarative tools .
• Proven experience with enterprise-level integrations and data migration strategies.
• Experience in professional services or accounting/financial industries preferred.
• Salesforce certifications such as System Architect, Application Architect, or Technical Architect highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and DevOps tools .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be available to work on-site in Los Angeles full-time.
