Job Description

Sales Representative - Full Time - Pasadena, Texas

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective and existing customers.
  • Sell Sulzer products and services, including technical selections.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Travel for face-to-face customer interactions.
  • Secure and renew orders, manage logistics.
  • Entertain customers within budget.
  • Maintain sales programs and provide activity reports.
  • Pursue overdue invoices professionally.
  • Ensure Alliance customers' needs are met.
  • Stay informed about new products and industry trends.
  • Address customer complaints and ensure resolutions.
  • Maintain company vehicle and assets.
  • Foster cross-discipline relationships.
  • Participate in industry organizations.
  • Adhere to company policies and standards.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum three years’ experience 
  • Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
