Role Summary

Do you love meeting new people, discovering unique spaces, and building meaningful connections? We’re seeking a motivated, energetic, and resourceful Referral Growth Coordinator to help us network with like-minded businesses, build strong relationships with local providers and community partners, and create referral sources that support our growth. This role is all about networking and creating partnerships with like-minded businesses and elevated spaces that share our vibe and aesthetic. Perfect for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn about wellness partnerships, marketing, and community outreach. Plus, we’ll cover the cost for you to attend events, yoga classes, and experiences - because building relationships should feel exciting, not like “work”!

What You’ll Do

• Research and identify potential referral partners with a focus on concierge elevated clinics and fitness studios that have an overlap in the following patient populations (OB-GYNs, urologists, wellness providers, Pilates and yoga studios, integrative medicine, functional medicine, medical spas, personal trainers, and luxury/boutique gyms)
• Regularly visit elevated cash-pay providers and community wellness businesses to network, introduce PHS, and develop ongoing relationships
• Daily travel to client sites within the assigned territory (approximately 60–70% of work time). Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Support planning and execution of events, educational talks, and partnership opportunities
• Track outreach activities and follow-ups to ensure consistent engagement
• Collaborate with the clinical and marketing team to align messaging and materials
• Represent PHS in the community with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree
• A self-starter who is eager to learn and willing to figure things out
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable meeting new people and presenting information confidently
• Organized, adaptable, and persistent
• Interest in healthcare, wellness, or community development is a plus
• Experience or exposure to pelvic floor physical therapy is a plus
• Strong emotional intelligence, a creative mindset, and a proactive, go-getter attitude
