About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with our client, a rapidly growing retail organization, to hire a Recruiter . This individual will play a key role in supporting hiring initiatives across multiple store locations as the company continues to expand into new markets. Our client values collaboration, innovation, and efficiency in their recruitment processes and is seeking a motivated recruiter to help scale their talent acquisition efforts.

Job Description:

The Recruiter will oversee full-cycle recruitment for store-level and managerial positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract top talent. This role will also support onboarding activities within Workday and UKG, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of open requisitions for both hourly and management-level retail roles.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Administer onboarding processes through HRIS systems (Workday transitioning to UKG).
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Track and maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system and generate regular recruiting reports.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for recruiting and onboarding processes.
  • Stay current on recruiting best practices, labor market trends, and sourcing tools.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting; retail or multi-location hiring experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems such as Workday or UKG.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.

Additional Details:

  • Reports to the HR Director and works collaboratively with hiring managers and HR partners.
  • Weekly pay through Addison Group.
