What You Need for this Position
BS In CM Or Similar And More Than 5 Years Of PM Experience And Knowledge Of All Phases Of Construction Management Including
- History of managing commercial, healthcare, higher education and/or public projects projects in New England or Greater Boston market preferred
- Proficiency in project financials and processing construction related documents including RFIs, change orders and submittals
- Provide clear and articulate direction to team-members
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Experience with pre-construction and estimating
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Strong administrative skills--ability to maintain clear notes, keep organized records and time-management
- Knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office programs and MS Project preferred
