Title: Project Coordinator – Entry Level

What You’ll Do:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities.
Support Project Managers in maintaining project documentation, schedules, and reports.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders via email and meetings.
Track project progress and escalate issues when necessary.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
Ensure compliance with ITAR requirements.
Perform administrative tasks to support smooth project execution.
What we are looking for:
Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree required.
Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior exposure to project coordination or project management is a plus.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficiency in professional email communication.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (USC) due to ITAR project requirements.
Familiarity with project management tools or software.
Basic understanding of project lifecycle and documentation.
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
Prior exposure to manufacturing environment is a plus.
