Adecco has partnered with an Aerospace Company looking to hire Full-Time / Direct Hire Permanent position for a Product Engineer in in Milford, NH.

Product Engineer – Looking for a strong product engineer, with a good product base experience that is physically tangible. Casting & Single Crystal experience a plus.

Job Overview:

As a key contributor in manufacturing engineering, you will ensure product quality and manufacturability by collaborating with customers, design, and production teams. You will analyze, improve, and document manufacturing processes, troubleshoot production issues, and drive continuous improvements to meet both customer and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers and technical teams to finalize component manufacturing documentation and secure approvals for production qualification.
  • Investigate manufacturing and inspection issues; initiate and implement corrective actions to resolve problems.
  • Define equipment specifications, enhance manufacturing methods, and introduce new process equipment to optimize production.
  • Evaluate engineering changes and liaise between production planning and engineering to ensure design and process compatibility.
  • Recommend design or process changes to improve product quality and production efficiency.
  • Prepare engineering schematics and parts lists to support manufacturing planning.
  • Analyze production practices for efficiency improvements, including work simplification, value analysis, and method/time studies.
  • Lead targeted product or process improvement initiatives as needed.
  • Deliver project commitments efficiently and on schedule.

Additional Duties:

  • Train and mentor junior technical staff.
  • Adhere to company code of conduct, safety, and quality standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent expertise.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering concepts and practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office, technical modeling software, and statistical analysis tools.
