**Now Hiring: Picker/Packer**
**Location:** Newington, CT
**Shift:** 1st Shift | Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
**Pay:** $19.00/hour
**About the Role**
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Picker/Packer** to join our warehouse team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, organizing materials, and supporting smooth material flow to and from production areas. This role is essential to maintaining efficiency and accuracy in warehouse operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Accurately pick parts and materials for production orders
+ Pack, label, and stage items for transport between facilities
+ Move materials using carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts
+ Perform inventory checks and stock transactions using SAP and barcode scanners
+ Assist with receiving incoming shipments and unloading deliveries
+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following 5S standards
+ Work independently and resolve basic material flow issues as needed
**Requirements**
+ Valid Driver's License
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal instructions
+ Previous warehouse, picking/packing, or logistics experience preferred
+ Comfortable using basic computer systems and barcode scanners
+ High school diploma or equivalent required
