• $19 hourly
• M–F 12:00pm – 8:30pm
• W2, Full-time
ROLE IMPACT
This role is critical in ensuring accurate and efficient fulfillment of customer orders. Success is measured by precision in picking, packing, and staging of products, as well as adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Utilize voice-directed picking system to select items based on coversheet instructions
• Pack items with care using bubble wrap, bags, and proper box sizing to ensure safe transit
• Verify product accuracy and order completeness during picking and packing stages
• Maintain clean and safe work area, including appropriate disposal of packaging materials
• Participate in special projects and support other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Good reading, writing, and basic math skills
• Ability to read fine print and differentiate between similar products
• Detail-oriented with strong accountability for task accuracy
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Voice-directed picking system
• Conveyor systems
• Packaging materials (bubble wrap, sealers, product bags)
• Basic computer/data logging systems
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience in basic warehousing operations
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Capable of working under stress and handling multiple assignments
