About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and service-driven Service Manager to join the leadership team of a distinguished hospitality operation. This dynamic role oversees multiple outlets within a refined, multi-venue property, including an elegant bar, a well-regarded restaurant, in-room dining, and an iconic rooftop destination.

You’ll play a key leadership role in shaping the guest experience, managing a large front-of-house team, and upholding standards of excellence across venues. This position requires a thoughtful and confident leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, balances on-the-floor presence with administrative responsibilities, and can operate with a high degree of autonomy and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations across three unique dining and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service and elevated guest experiences
  • Direct and support a large front-of-house team, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
  • Collaborate closely with culinary and beverage leadership to maintain alignment and consistency across all venues
  • Handle administrative responsibilities including staff scheduling, payroll oversight, labor cost management, and compliance
  • Serve as a point of contact for guest recovery, conflict resolution, and escalation when needed
  • Foster a collaborative, respectful, and professional work environment
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to execute strategic goals, service standards, and company values

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in upscale hospitality environments
  • Proven success in managing multi-unit or multi-outlet operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a leadership style that is clear, respectful, and motivational
  • A composed and mature approach to decision-making and problem-solving
  • Flexibility in schedule and adaptability in work style to meet the diverse needs of the operation
  • Proficiency in administrative systems such as scheduling platforms and payroll software
