As a Loan Officer , you will work directly with our homebuying customers. You will impact the lives of our customers while working in an environment of respect, empowerment, and professional development. You will assume full responsibility to guide new home purchasers through the loan process from loan application to approval and settlement. You will prequalify prospective buyers, review financing options, and assist in repairing credit-challenged purchasers as needed. You also serve as the primary point of contact for homebuyers throughout the home buying process.
This position is based on-site in community model homes and the Virginia Beach office.
