Key Responsibilities
1.Customer Needs Alignment:
Communicate with clients to deeply understand their warehouse and logistics requirements, offering professional technical consultation and advice.
Participate in client meetings, address technical inquiries, and assist the sales team in completing project proposals.
2.Solution Design and Optimization:
Use CAD and other tools to design warehouse layout plans and equipment configuration solutions based on customer needs.
Optimize solution designs to ensure they meet client requirements and industry standards.
3.Technical Support:
Provide technical support to the sales team, assisting in the preparation of technical documents, quotations, and contract terms.
Participate in project bidding, responsible for writing and presenting technical proposals.
Qualifications：
1.Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse and logistics solution design or pre-sales technical support.
2.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CAD and other design tools for creating layout plans and technical drawings.
Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics systems, equipment, and processes.
3.Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
