We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team and provide essential support to the market office, agents, and coordinators.

Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting daily operations, facilitating agent onboarding, ensuring smooth licensing processes, and assisting with marketing and event initiatives. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process contracts, handle state licensing issues, and track licensing for career, broker, and group agents.
  • Manage change in status requests, including 30-day requests, promotions, and demotions; maintain personnel records and files.
  • Update tracking systems, distribution lists, and email contacts, as well as relevant state website information.
  • Prepare and distribute new agent welcome letters and onboarding packets; assist with training registrations, lodging, meals, and incentive materials.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required .
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior experience in an administrative, marketing, or coordination role preferred
