We are hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support daily operations and improvement activities on our automated production lines. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of a structured development program designed to cultivate future leaders for our U.S.-based smart manufacturing operations. The role involves working with production processes, equipment, and data analysis, while collaborating with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to maintain stable, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in on-site training across automated assembly lines, robotic systems, and automation-related equipment.
  • Assist with process optimization, production planning, equipment improvement, and line throughput enhancement.
  • Work with engineers and production supervisors on efficiency, quality, and automation improvement projects.
  • Analyze production and equipment data to support continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Develop and update engineering documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and technical reports, and present findings to plant leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Automation, or a related engineering field.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in production environments and interface with automated equipment, sensors, and assembly processes.
  • Interest in automation, robotics, and modern manufacturing technologies.
  • Mandarin proficiency is a plus for cross-site collaboration.
