Job Description

Logistics Coordinator

As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll support core logistics and order management functions. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, releasing and routing orders, scheduling carrier pickups, rate quoting, and creating payment requests. You'll collaborate across teams to resolve shipping issues, manage claims, and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment. This role offers exposure to the full supply chain and opportunities to develop analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via email and phone for pre- and post-order inquiries
  • Create shipping documents and optimize freight costs and transit times
  • Manage order exceptions, including damage claims and returns
  • Process shipments for small parcel and LTL orders
  • Handle claims for lost/damaged shipments and invoice discrepancies
  • Support order entry, quoting, routing, and payment processing

Hours: 8:30a-5:15p (Mandatory in office 3 days a week and WFH 2 days a week) HYBRID

Pay: $24 - 30/hr (depending on experience)
