The Labor and Delivery RN Manager will be responsible for implementing best practices in labor and delivery procedures, monitoring patient care quality, and fostering a positive and professional environment for both staff and patients. This role requires a current RN license in North Carolina, with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience in labor and delivery, with at least two years in a leadership role.
