Do you enjoy helping others while escaping the dull confines of a traditional office? Southwest Family Guidance Center is calling on YOU to join our team as a Community Support Worker !

This isn't your typical 9-to-5 desk gig. This is a "meet people where they are, make a real difference, and maybe even pet a few therapy dogs along the way" kind of job.

What You'll Actually Be Doing (Besides Being Awesome):

• Playing life coach and detective by helping clients figure out what they need and how to get it
• Guiding adults and kids alike toward independence, success, and possibly better Wi-Fi
• Connecting people to resources like jobs, education, social events, or services basically, you're the friendly neighborhood plug
• Building strong ties with schools, healthcare providers, agencies, and maybe even your favorite coffee shop
• Advocating like a boss to help clients bust through red tape and break down barriers

What You Bring to the Table:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (we're flexible, but "life experience" won't cut it alone)
• Top-tier communication skills (bonus if you can say "bureaucracy" without rolling your eyes)
• Experience working with all kinds of humans: kids, adults, and everyone in between
• Cultural competency and a deep respect for diversity
• A car that runs (flying cars not yet required), and the flexibility to work some evenings/weekends
