Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel General Manager, located in Leavenworth, WA. The Hotel General Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including managing staff, coordinating daily activities, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency. Responsibilities also include developing and managing budgets, overseeing food and beverage services, and implementing business strategies to enhance profitability and growth. The role requires strong leadership, exceptional customer service, and effective team management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hotel General Management (minimum two years)
• Strong Customer Service
• Experience in Budgeting and financial management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, HR focus a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Leavenworth, WA

Pay: $85,000 - $105,000 + bonus
