Job Description

Graphic Designer

Type: Contract-to-Hire (W2)

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week

Location: 100% Remote (CST/EST preferred)

Duration: 6 months before conversion (flexible if ramp-up needed; occasional travel 1–2 times/year post-conversion)

About the Role

We’re recruiting for a Graphic Designer to join our client's creative team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple projects while maintaining brand consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Design and update web pages using Webflow (portfolio examples required).
  • Create social media templates and graphics for campaigns.
  • Develop event graphics and marketing collateral for teams as needed.
  • Resize and update logos with quick turnaround times.
  • Repurpose video content into engaging visual designs.
  • Collaborate with the manager to manage tasks and balance workload effectively.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional design experience , preferably in B2B or agency settings.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Expertise in Webflow is required.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint for task and asset management.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web design and marketing collateral.
