Location : St. Louis, MO

Salary : $40,000 - $50,000 (base + performance bonuses)

Type : Full-Time Hybrid Remote (with occasional travel)

Job Overview

As our new Flight School Success Coordinator, you’ll be the first one people talk to when they’re considering becoming a pilot helping flight schools across the country train more student pilots. This dynamic role blends customer service representative duties handling phone inquiries for our clients’ call center, with client service coordinator responsibilities nurturing relationships to drive retention and growth. You’ll support our flight schools by collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to ensure client success, all while embodying the aviation spirit that defines Right Rudder Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Phone Support : Act as a customer service representative by managing incoming calls for Right Rudder Marketing and our flight school clients addressing inquiries, scheduling, and resolving issues with professionalism and aviation knowledge.
  • Client Relationship Nurturing : Maintain regular communication with flight school owners and operators to ensure satisfaction, relay updates, and support retention strategies.
  • Sales Support : Assist in growing the Rudder Marketing Business by qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting our sales team in closing high value deals (e.g., aviation training centers, Part 135 jet charter operators, FBOs, and airports).
  • Administrative Efficiency : Handle light administrative tasks, including CRM updates, email correspondence, and calendar management, to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Aviation Advocacy : Represent Right Rudder Marketing in client interactions, trade shows, and team initiatives, with opportunities to engage with the aviation community.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, client services, or account management (call center, retail, hospitality, or sales roles a plus).
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence handling phone-based interactions and building rapport with clients (experience with older, professional clients preferred).
  • Passion for aviation or willingness to learn the flight school industry (private pilot license or aviation exposure a bonus, but not required).
  • Tech-savvy, with familiarity or ability to learn CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic office software.
  • Hustle and adaptability and being able to wear multiple hats in a fast growing agency.
  • Local to St. Louis, MO, with ability to work in office and occasional travel for aviation events.
