Job Description

Gpac has partnered with an established Agriculture company who is seeking an experienced Farm Manager to join their team. This pivotal Farm Manager role involves overseeing a large crew of employees, managing crop production, ordering, commodity storage, equipment logistics and maintenance, and contributing to the success of the farm. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled leader to join a dynamic and thriving organization!

Farm Manager Key Responsibilities:

* Direct and coordinate activities of farm employees, including planting and harvest.
* Assist in developing and implementing a crop production plan and schedule for the calendar year.
* Maintain and operate farm equipment to ensure efficient and effective operations.
* Communicate and propose new ideas and suggestions for improving profitability and efficiency of the farm.

Farm Manager Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field is preferred.
* 5+ years simular experience in agriculture management/Farm Operations Management is required
* Proficiency in operating farm equipment and knowing technology
