Position Summary

This is a leadership opportunity for a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. You will oversee complex restoration and envelope repair projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality expectations. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead exterior restoration projects including façade repair, waterproofing, roofing, masonry, and structural rehabilitation.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using CPM methodologies and ensure alignment with logistics and phasing plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and procurement of long-lead materials.
  • Conduct site visits, monitor field progress, and resolve technical or logistical challenges.
  • Oversee budget tracking, forecasting, and monthly pay applications.
  • Facilitate regular OAC meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Support field teams with pre-installation meetings, quality control protocols, and punch list resolution.
  • Compile and submit closeout documentation including warranties, manuals, and final reports.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in restoration or building envelope work.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Procore) and scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance (OSHA, local codes).
