A rapidly growing production company based in Charleston, SC is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO . This is a high-level, fully onsite role based in the company’s office. The Executive Assistant will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while also helping to build the systems and frameworks that will support the company’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct executive support to the CEO, managing competing priorities with discretion and efficiency.
  • Oversee complex calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Handle all travel arrangements and logistics, both domestic and international.
  • Develop and implement systems, processes, and SOPs to improve efficiency and support scalability.
  • Manage the CEO’s email inbox, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up.
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and address challenges proactively.
  • Serve as a liaison with internal teams and external partners to support the CEO’s initiatives.
  • Take on a wide variety of tasks in a startup-like environment, adapting quickly as needs evolve.
  • Work collaboratively with their Personal Assistant on any company events at the office or in the home.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO, Founder, or senior executive.
  • Proficient in AI, or eager to learn more about how to use it to increase efficiencies.
  • Proven track record of implementing systems, processes, and technology tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Great follow-through, with a willingness to pursue action items until fully completed.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, approachable demeanor.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise.
  • Comfortable wearing many hats in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $80,000 – $100,000 annual salary (based on experience)
