An Estates and Probate Attorney II is mid-level attorney with 5+ years’ experience practicing law. The successful Attorney II is self-directed and thrives with lots of support and autonomy. The Attorney II generally receive a substantial portion (approximately 75%) of their work through Gravis Law’s lead generation and marketing and/or other attorneys in the office. An Attorney II is expected to generate a portion (25%) of their own billable work and attend four events per quarter. Attorneys have access to coaching and support services for business development and networking.
