We are looking for an Epic Principal Trainer Specialist with
CERTIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
• Superior communication skills, both oral and written, including specific skills such as presentation skills, and the ability to communicate complex subjects to non-technical groups.
• Superior customer relation skills including leading/participating in group sessions and reaching consensus.
Presentation and facilitation experience a must, with large and small groups.
• Ability to plan and manage projects of various size including tasks, dependencies, team members, other resources, and timeline.
• Experience as principal trainer performing instructional design, training delivery, application implementation(s), etc. as a healthcare provider employee or consultant to healthcare providers
• Expert in adult learning theory.
• Proficient in at least one eLearning development tool (e.g., Camtasia, Captivate, Storyline).
• Knowledge of e-learning storyboarding/scripting and e-learning technology.
• Active Epic certification in at least two Epic modules or must receive Epic certification/certification-level proficiency for applicable module(s). Must receive a passing score (as defined by Epic), within two attempts, on all required exams and projects (as defined by Epic) within 6 weeks after completion of training or within a pre-determined 6-week timeframe.
