Client needs technicians to support ~3800 tablets and smartphones, including security updates, re-imaging, troubleshooting, and deployment tasks.
Required:
• 2+ years PC/mobile device support
• Strong Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Android (Samsung)
• Experience with ManageEngine ServiceDesk+
• Ability to document work, multitask, and work with cross-functional teams
• Basic MDM/UEM knowledge
Preferred:
• Experience with compliance-driven environments
• General IT support & customer service
• Strong Excel skills
• Flexibility for extra hours if needed
