• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as data science, business, or healthcare analytics.
• Strong understanding of prescription claims data, ideally with experience in pharmacy benefit management, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or patient assistance programs.
• Proficiency in data tools and formats including Excel, Python, and database structures.
• Skilled in creating impactful presentations using PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
