Position Overview:

The Corporate Giving Specialist will play a crucial role in optimizing our company’s philanthropic initiatives to enhance community relations and improve employee engagement through volunteer and community programs. This role will be responsible for rolling-out and managing our enterprise-wise corporate giving platform and will be the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, non-profit partners, and community organizations. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset and leverages data-driven insights to create, execute, and assess impactful community programs, enhance stakeholder engagement, and elevate our CSR profile.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage the implementation and ongoing administration of a new, enterprise-wide corporate giving platform.
  • Manage corporate match program; monitor program performance and generate regular reporting for stakeholders.
  • Act as key point of contact and subject matter expert the platform for all subsidiaries.
  • Design and oversee grant programs and employee volunteer events aligned with corporate social responsibility (CSR) focus areas.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with local and where applicable, national, nonprofit organizations.
  • Collaborate with various subsidiaries to enhance their philanthropic efforts within their business.
  • Coordinate volunteer opportunities, matching gifts, and in-kind giving programs in partnership with internal volunteer committees and department leads.
  • Prepare regular impact reports, presentations, and executive briefings to communicate result and lessons learned.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, forecasting, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Maintain thorough documentation for grants, sponsorship agreements, and audit purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in nonprofit partnerships, program management, or related philanthropic roles.
  • Strong understanding of corporate social responsibility frameworks and strategic planning.
  • Strong project- management and execution abilities with a proven track record of delivering complex program on time and within budget.
  • Experience working with Benevity platform preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at crafting proposals, reports, and presentations.
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships with various teams to integrate CSR strategies into core business processes and maximize program reach.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate metrics into actionable insights.
