Senior Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our commercial and industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong background in estimating, project scheduling, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Oversee project estimating and bidding processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the commercial or industrial construction sectors.
- Proven experience in estimating and budgeting for construction projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
