Job Title: CNC Set-up/Operator

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC and other machines to cut, shape, and form metal workpieces to specifications. Previous experience operating 3, 4, and 5-axis machines is required.

Responsibilities

• Review set-up sheets and specifications to perform set-up, adjustments, and operation of basic and advanced machine tools to ensure precision machining operations.
• Monitor and verify parts during production to ensure conformance with engineering drawings and quality standards.
• Anticipate and resolve problems to minimize damage, scrap, and downtime.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering data to produce parts and determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Operate equipment in accordance with established procedures and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with CNC machining (educational training will be considered).
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to adhering to all safety procedures.
