Location: Wilton, NH

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (overtime as needed)

Starting pay rate range: $27-28/hr

Type: Contract-to-Hire

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC machines for high-precision parts.
• Review prints for manufacturability and tooling needs.
• Optimize setup and cycle times for existing and new jobs.
• Perform deburring, secondary operations, and inspections (including under a microscope).
• Maintain tooling, consumables, and shop equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and suggest process improvements.
• Work independently while supporting a small, skilled team.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a CNC Programmer/Machinist (7+ years in a machine shop preferred).
• Hands-on CNC machining experience and programming knowledge.
• Strong blueprint reading, metrology, and inspection skills.
• Comfortable working with small, precise components.
• Computer-savvy with strong shop math skills; CAD/CAM experience a plus.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
