Location: Upper Darby, PA

Position Summary:

We are actively seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist with specialized experience in conducting psychological evaluations and autism spectrum disorder (ASD) assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. The ideal candidate is confident in diagnostic testing, skilled in interpreting standardized tools, and excited to be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and neurodevelopmental evaluations , including assessments for ASD, ADHD, learning disorders, and mood-related conditions.
  • Administer and interpret standardized testing instruments, such as the ADOS-2, ADI-R, cognitive/IQ assessments, and behavioral rating scales.
  • Produce detailed, well-organized psychological reports for clients, families, schools, and providers.
  • Offer diagnostic clarity and evidence-based recommendations to support appropriate interventions and next steps.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including PMHNPs, therapists, and BCBAs.
  • Provide psychoeducation and support to caregivers navigating new diagnoses.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in alignment with ethical and insurance standards.
  • Contribute to program development and process improvements as we grow.

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
  • Fully licensed (or license-eligible) to practice independently in Pennsylvania.
  • Proven, hands-on expertise in conducting comprehensive ASD assessments and psychological evaluations for children and adults.
  • Proficient and experienced in administering and interpreting standardized diagnostic tools, including ADOS-2 , ADI-R , and other validated evidence-based instruments.
  • Deep and current knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria, neurodevelopmental disorders, and related clinical best practices.
  • Exceptional clinical writing skills with a track record of producing thorough, clear, and audit-ready psychological reports and documentation.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and actively contribute to practice development and team growth.
  • Experience with insurance-based documentation and billing.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous work in private practice or outpatient clinical settings.
  • Bilingual skills or cultural competence in diverse populations.
