The Role
The Brand Coordinator & Executive Assistant plays a dual role supporting both the day-to-day execution of brand initiatives and the administrative needs of the SVP of Brand and Chief of Staff. You’ll work closely with Bloom’s SVP of Brand, Chief of Staff and broader brand team to keep projects, communications, and schedules running smoothly. One day you might be coordinating travel and managing calendars, and the next you’re supporting campaign prep, product sendouts, or team events. You’re the connective tissue of the brand org — proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to grow with a team that’s shaping the future of wellness.
