Job Description

Our client, an organization focused on affordable housing, is seeking a temporary to permanent Assistant Property Manager to join their dynamic growing team located just south of Baltimore, MD!

Responsibilities:

• Inspect units, ensure property condition compliance, and enter inspection data into systems.
• Enforce lease agreements and assist with tenant move-ins/move-outs.
• Liaise with both public and government agencies, and escort contractors.
• Process invoices, handle reporting, maintain files, and maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Complete special projects and additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of property or housing experience are required.
• A TCS certification is required; Yardi experience is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.

Position Information:

• $25/hr-$27/hr, while temporary, depending on experience.
• $55k-$57k, after converting to permanent.
• Hours are 8am-5pm.
• Ability to work 100% on-site near Baltimore, MD.
